Specialized Sweeping Services runs a fleet that’s second to none. It includes eight new model Macdonald Johnson 605 body-mounted sweepers, mounted on ultra-reliable Hino dual-controlled trucks, alongside four Tennant S30, two Tennant S20 and one Tennant S10 ride-on sweepers. Every machine is maintained in-house, cleaned and inspected daily, with all findings logged through our detailed reporting system.
Our full-time mechanic keeps all plant and equipment in top condition, from daily light servicing to a full “ground up” service every 200 hours. Durability, presentation and safety are non-negotiable, and our reporting system makes sure of it.
The Macdonald Johnson 605 is one of the most efficient street sweepers on the market. With a centre-mounted main broom, left and right side brooms, a 2.2m sweep path and a 4.5m³ hopper, no part of the road goes unswept. Adjustable broom speed and position let it handle any surface or debris type, while in-cab control of the rear engine’s revolutions helps save diesel and cut emissions.

Our Alpha Vac/Jetter trucks make vacuuming out wells, gullies and pipes fast and cost-effective, while onboard blower/vacs handle spot cleaning wherever the truck can’t reach.
Despite an extensive client list that includes some of Western Australia’s biggest contracts, our machines and operators currently run at only 70% capacity. That means if a machine ever fails, there’s always another ready to go.
